It’s Too Many Cooks meets Hallmark movies in the most absurd way possible! If you love horror movies and cheesy rom coms, this movie is for you.

Tangerine (2015) Critics will say the standout feature of this film is that it was shot on an iPhone when it’s *really* how closely the hysterics of the mother-in-law when she finds out Razkik is gay mirror my own mother’s reaction when I came out. Eyes Wide Shut (1999) Take a shot every time a youtube film analysis video makes mention of the Christmas lights. Spencer (2021) The image of those pearls keep me up at night Carol (2015) Throwing the gays a bone here though I’ve only seen it once–what’s the alternative?? happiest season?? k stew is already on this list… Stepmom (1998) The Ain’t No Mountain High Enough dance scene full stop. The Terminal (2004) On a re-watch it’s sooo random that Zoe Saldana and Stanley Tucci are in this The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005) We all know at this point that the turkish delight is nasty, but did we know the book this film was based on is allegorically Christian? NASTIER Little Women (2019) This is an obvious choice and I will say I prefer Winona’s Jo to Saorise’s–but the amount of times I’ve the Laurie’ proposal scene speaks for itself Misery (1990) “EAT IT!!!! EAT IT UNTIL YOU CHOKE YOU SICK TWISTED FUCK!!!!!!”

I live in Chicago! Depending on where you're staying, there's a bunch of cool things to do as Chicago is a city of neighborhoods. Wicker Park and Logan Square are popular neighborhoods to check out and they're on the cheaper end. California Clipper, Rainbo Club, and Common Decency are bars that are worth checking out. I know that Common Decency has a happy hour 4-6pm 7 days a week. If you're into movies, check out the Music Box Theatre! It's a 95 year old arthouse movie theatre in the Southport Corridor/Lakeview neighborhood that shows independent and second run films. Speaking of Lakeview, Clark Street is pretty popular if you're going to check out Wrigley Field! There are bars up and down the block so you won't need to walk far to find a place to drink at for cheap. If you need any more ideas or recommendations, let me know!
