Some call it the nappucino. I did not invent the concept and am merely a proponent. Instructions as follows:
1. Drink coffee
2. Nap (no alarm)
3. Naturally awaken 20 minutes later as the caffeine starts to hit and go forward into the day with renewed focus and clarity
Also can be done with tea if youβre into that. Youβre also then allowed to call it a tiesta.
