i love cooking korean stews, they are very delicious and always enough for leftovers. recently tried it with pulled chicken instead of pork belly and it hit crazy
this is what i imagine them to eat in a ghibli movie
1. cut up equal portions of carrots, cabbage, potato, and tomatoes
2. in a large pot, brown some stewing beef, then add your vegetables and cover with broth of your choice. once simmering add some tomato paste. season to taste.
3. when the vegetables are cooked through and beef is tender, check seasoning again and serve with some crusty bread!
easiest i know is kimchi fried rice w some day old rice, ketchup, kimchi and kimchi juice, and an egg all fried in sesame oil 😋 maybe a little green onion too but you can have it on the side of most light lunches as a quick probiotic snack
