I used to be a huge fan of Iceage during the late 2010s post-punk-revival-revival era. They were definitely a standout of the bunch.
I fell off of that sound for a bit, but then Elias collaborated with Dean Blunt on my favorite song of last year ("Smile Please") and my interest was re-sparked.
A bunch of people recommended I check out his new solo album and I'm so glad I did. It's really special.
