Started playing badminton for the first time in 13 years since I was at school and it's a BLAST!!! I'm so bad but it really gets those endorphins going, especially when you get a few good hits in. The first time I did it I couldn't walk for three days (because I did 64938 squats picking up the shuttlecock) but I played again yesterday and my body feels loads stronger this time which we love to see.
