1) Sushi rice with cooked onions, peppers, and sausage (veggie or regular). You could also do it with fried eggs. I think it tastes the best with actual sushi rice, but if you don’t have rice vinegar, white or brown rice is good too. 2) Loaded nachos🤤 It has protein and veggies so it counts as a meal for me. I mash up black beans w/ chili powder, garlic powder, salt + pepper then put that on top of chips + cheese. I have a toaster oven, but u could do it in a regular oven or a microwave. Then I put salsa on top, you could do red or green onions, lettuce, cilantro, whatever u want. Don’t be shy with the spices in the beans and it’ll be delicious.
stir fry (high heat, fast, constant stirring) some onions carrots and literally any other veg add some soy souse + vinegar and have them over a bowl of rice/noodles/etc. low effort, takes 15 mins, delicious. you can add any protein as well
Put some baby carrots on the side, cut up some avocado and tomato when you have them Rosarita refried beans are good. Trader Joe has frozen rice. Joe also has Kumato tomatoes that are tasty and one or two are perfect for one person. Keep tortillas in the freezer so they don’t get moldy.

I’ve had it on my mac for a couple of years and it’s so cute, like the windows 95 desktop sheep. U can move ur pets around and hide them whenever u want. It‘s a small app so I messaged the developer once to say how much I liked it and he was super nice:)
