it is literally life changing. chop wood carry water and do your pelvic floor stretches daily. even more important is visuals for relaxation and guided meditation. change your energy from scared and spiky to soft and supple. in this not so gentle world we need to treat ourselves gently. also may 2025 be the year of better and sweeter sex, amen.
