This was one of my grandfather’s favorite songs by his favorite trio. He passed away two months ago and they played this song at the burial and my whole family just started singing it.This song was in the background of our lives and it was like a flip switched and all the words came out naturally. It was a very special moment and a very romantic song, Sin Ti by Los Panchos.
It was the song my parents played for each other when I was little so I’ve always loved it. They’re not together anymore so sometimes its sad to reminisce on, but there’s no other love song that compares for me.
Played to this song incessantly when it came out to help process all of my emotions when my friend Sarah passed away. I still well up whenever I sit and listen to it
