a random couple goal of ours: always stop at photo booths. save these moments in physical form. stick them on the fridge, back of our phone cases, inside of the dashboard of our cars, in frames…
I don’t realise how crowded it can get in my mind sometimes. I like to set up an exotic spa-like environment in my room - candles, lights and all. Lie down, gently feel all of my body - starting from my forehead all the way down to my toes. All in silence, I’ve found this to be a deeper meditation - to realise the full extent of your physical being. This is all you! Everything you’ve done in life has brought you here. It helps me empty my head, and make me more purposeful in everything I do Pic unrelated, I just wanna flood PI’s servers :p
