I love to look at all the dvds at any little second hand store i can find. i almost always find gems to add to my collection, and they are like never more than $2! Plus I really enjoy physically owning the movies I love.

knowing that your poster was used in a cinema .. or at least was destined to be used in a cinema .. ugh you can’t beat it. plus they look extra cool. i also love the japanese promotional A4 flyers. they’re overpriced a little on ebay but on mercari japan they’re super cheap and they look extra cool. they’re also good if you’re short on space. or just a massive collector like me ☝️ (there’s a shop here in spain that sells originals for fab prices but idk how international they’re willing to ship, but movieposters is a really really great website for this kinda stuff and they have some absolute gems on there. or you can ask your local cinema for theirs. but i’m too shy to do that)

Guys pls listen to student and community run radio it’s so fun and more low key compared to the big corps. AND a lot of the people making it run are volunteers! Do some research on your local station and tune in!!!

I don’t actively watch trailers. Movie trailers feel like they tell you the entire movie in 3 minutes and make me not want to watch it. I don’t want to see all the coolest scenes with all the best jokes before I’ve watched the movie! I always read a short synopsis or summary if I’m interested, or look at what other people have said in reviews. OR GO IN BLIND! YOU MIGHT FIND A NEW FAVOURITE YOU NEVER WOULD HAVE WATCHED!!!
