Riot dogs have a huge fan base here in Chile. The negromatapaco is a recognizable symbol here and there is graffiti of him every where in Valporaiso. Street dogs live their own lives and for the most part are beloved by the community. They do a lot to show their love, like biting cops when they hit kids.
