i love doing my nails at home. so much so, i taught myself how to cut my cuticles, file my ridges, and found a good non-toxic no-chip polish to do the trick. there‘s something so relaxing about freshening my hands up on a cold Sunday afternoon.

It’s that serious

When i was 16 my aunt asked me why i had the hands of a working man when i’d never worked a day in my life. Being filipino is nothing if not humbling <3 I’ve always had the driest hands (not eczema, but of course i have it in other areas bcuz filipino 🙂‍↕️) and nothing has ever worked. A couple years ago i discovered the vaseline hydra healthy hand lotion, the one in the pink tube, and i do love her. But recently my girl louisa put me on to the caudalie hand and nail repair cream and wow … i fear it’s over for miss vaseline ! It’s crazy bcuz if u know me, u know i’m a lifelong vaseline brand stan. I guess it’s time to get my ass to sephora to repurchase this for 16 am*rican dollars — good thing i got a gift card for xmas 💋
