in a food processor:
4-5 garlic cloves
3-4 anchovies
2 egg yolks
zest of one lemon
1/3 c of lemon juice
salt & pepp
blend those together ^^^^
add in:
1 tbsp dijon
1 tbsp of worcestershire
blend ^^^^
slowly blend in 1 c of olive oil (should take 2 mins)
whisk in heart’s desire of parmesano reggiano ♥️
