you know when you’ve just found something out for the first time ever and that fact randomly pops up in your life again right after? or when you remember the most random song you haven’t heard in years and it comes on the radio the next day out of the blue. idk if this phenomenon has a proper name but this has been happening to me CONSTANTLY on a daily basis lately it’s almost scary but i love that. i’ve been feeling very low and it cheers me up every time because it feels like magic like what were the odds. also i wonder what the universe is trying to tell me with that
The universe has very ethereal ways of communicating, especially in signals it will know you’ll understand. Signs are always tailored to the receiver.
Today I found a literal butterfly on my stairs; I’ve never encountered anything like it. What a joy. In the middle of manifesting something specific, it feels like a cosmic nod. 🦋
And FIVE were selected for publication in the latest issue of artdoc magazine, two in their online exhibition :) I wrote my artist statement in 30 seconds because I didn’t even imagine it would be seen. I’ve struggled with confidence in my creative vision and sharing my work recently, so this is an amazing way to close out the year 🌀🦋
The internet archive is just the greatest thing ever, i love it for the ephemeral films and lost home videos, old religious and esoteric manuscripts, textbooks, nasa photos, centuries’ worth of magazine issues, old records, lectures…. 💌
