I’ve done it again… I thought I was stronger than this but I’ve once again gone to the grocery store hungry and spent double what I anticipated (I strayed from my list). I will learn from this.
I’ve decided I want to be better about running by the store when I only need a couple things. I am way more likely to eat whole and fresh foods and am less likely to impulse eat out or binge snacks lurking in my pantry. I use the excuse of needing to go a big grocery shop when I eat out or binge eat my leftover snacks. Plus, running into the story for a few items takes no time and hardly any energy. Going to transition to this for March!
