way besides having one of my favorite album covers … it set the bar for what I “wanted a band to sound like” in that era of music … I still listen to the whole thing often.
heavy on the “one of” bc i have so many favs! but choosing this one bc i have been re-listening to AM a bit recently (all their discography tbh but AM is my fav of them all). it’s probably in my top 3 most listened-to albums of my entire life
I love this album so goddamn much. The lead singer has a voice that manages to convey so much emotion. Favourite track is probably “you stole my money honey“ or “since i told you it’s over”.
Whole album is a 2000s grungey classic tho
