this seems like a big topic at the moment on here. neocities has small blogs made by individual people with their interests. it seriously is a beautiful thing. you can even make one yourself!
There are so many awesome websites that people have made and you often find yourself going down the rabbit hole of other websites that the users recommend on their own sites! Itโs very community based, which I love sooo much โค๏ธ
it's an ode to the early internet and it's a great (and free!) place to experiment with html/css and really customize your lil digital home space!!!
