exposure therapy

today i worked up the courage to do something i’ve had hundreds of panic attacks over, and that i’ve been avoiding for SEVEN years. and to my surprise it was like…. nbd??? like so much so that i was shocked into dissociating lol but a win is a win
i am very proud of myself. huge day for milk nation ❗️

i am a journalist for a local zine & i get to host my first interview today, interviewing a local music venue/kava bar
so insanely thrilled. adrenaline thru the roof. getting to learn about someone else, having a conversation with impressive people solely about them, being a listener. everyone should interview, even if it’s not for something published

nine am meeting

i applied to move up in my job, to a salary position with my own office sort of move up . . had my interview, ate my cake, now i have a ‘9am meeting’ over the position wish me luck friends 🙏 nothing like a 9am meeting
