Playing cards are cool. They have history, you can do little sleights, you can be ready to play games, maybe do a little trick, they make a cool sound, so many neat designs, they’re cheap

I got heavy into peaky blinders for a while. had a great time, but semi-consciously emulating a psychologically unhealthy protag didn’t do great things for me.
Brassic is the same premise as PB but modern and plays out like if Tommy was more of a stoner and didn’t sacrifice relationships and went to therapy.
