i decided to try shallots inside of onions and i think they’re great! shallots definitely have a je ne sais quoi type of flavor to them that i like better than onions..
Onion dip recipe
Caramelize one onion (chop up fine and boil in some water to kick off process, salt and a little W sauce)
Combine with half sour cream half greek yogurt
A dash of garlic powder
Black pepper
Lemon juice !!!! Very important
Whatever herbs u have on hand, I had parsley and dill
