Mainly i wanna work on myself and focus more on my well being (physically and mentally) Physically : - Staying active with cycling, walking at least three times a week - Quit smoking - Eat less sugar - Keep the 2L of water on a daily basis - Get my dose of sun on a daily basis - Less noise (visual and vocal) Mentally : - Be gentle on myself - Ready at least 12 books (A each month) - Journaling - To be less influenced by the internet (on buying new stuff) - If someone confuses me it only means to cut them off - Allow nice people to be nice - Smile more in pictures - Stop refusing to take pictures with my friends Creativity : - Learn to crochet - Collab with more people in order to expand my photography portfolio - Learn the basics of anatomy in order to draw people - Maybe learn Spanish (maybe because life can get busy tho) Overall, respecting my body, get a peaceful mind set and who knows, maybe during the year i will have more ins.

Try reading The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr, you could cross out two goals at once 😉

Nothing new, really, I just wanna list down some resolutions for this year - GET INTO COLLEGE. literally anywhere. my imposter syndrome is telling me i dont deserve to be educated - BE KINDER TO MYSELF. I heard somewhere that you should talk to yourself the way you would talk to a best friend. - MONTHLY THEMES. I've been doing this thing where I set a theme for each month, (Nov was decipline, Dec was courage), and I really hope I manage to stick with it till the end of the year. I've gotta reflect at the end of each month, too. If I come up with any more I guess I'll add some here

- learn at least one new bookbinding technique (or zine fold) - launch a new newsletter at work and pitch my next big project - slow down throughout the day (i.e. walk, eat, work more slowly and try to monotask) - tell all my friends and family that I love and appreciate them - give gifts for the holidays that make people happy - read more poetry - hold tripod headstand for several seconds

I can’t find the Creator and i am mad about it because i wanna credit the one who made sure to put this for free. I’ve found this website RetroPrint where they show the details of how you can make a Windows 95 customised theme on your phone (with over 800 icons app to choose from 27 of them are already made for the modern apps like netflix twitter etc - some graphics for the widgets too And 3 sounds.)

If there is one style that literally calms me is stippling. The endless dots, the slow process, the nuance effect, the final results. I just love it and appreciate it even more when i spend hours/days to finish one.

The fact that i can stay in bed warm with my phone or laptop and music in the background as i watch my favourite movies/series/youtube vids with a warm tea is simple enough to make me grateful for wherever i am today. Worrying about what I should wear to work is a beautiful thing because it’s a privilege that sadly some people can’t afford :( Complaining about to cook is a beautiful thing because someone somewhere sadly can’t even afford/have access to a simple bread piece. Literally feeling the warmth of the sun while standing waiting for the bus is a beautiful thing to cherish and be grateful for.
