I don't know if this is a call for help, but I've been exclusively listening to one album for almost two months now. This masterpiece dropped in March, and I've clocked in about 300 listens, but who's counting? We are. Bonus rec, the boys and I have linked our Spotify accounts to last.fm to keep track of every song we listen to.Giveon has such a unique, well rounded, really deep voice. This is one of those albums where every song hits for me. Never thought I'd say this, but I think he may have even knocked Daniel Caesar off of my R&B artist throne.

Tommy Newport: i honestly dont think this guy can make a bad song but i recommend his ep Liquid, i think every song on there is amazing. some of my personal fav songs in general are; Vanilla and Light, Warp Speed Suzie, Bad Choice My Boy, Violet Days and one of his more recent releases Tangerine
Jawny: i have both his ep For Abby and album It's Never Fair, Always True on vinyl and theyre both really good! some of my fav songs are; Trigger of Love, Best Thing, death is a dj, giving up on you and selfish hate
those are the two i feel the most confident recommending, if you end up looking into them i would love to know what you think!

Why is this such a lost art? Bring together those friends that would never have met other wise. Make the people you love, love each other.
I recently had a small birthday wine n dine with my friends and anticipated awkwardness between my different groups of friends, but it was the complete opposite. God I love my friends and love making a space for them to mingle and laugh in eeeee. I think in a time where my friends and I are transitioning to adulthood and focusing on careers, this brings something to look forward to and a way to create a world outside of work and study.
