I like a low and long shelf and stacking my books for the different shades of beige/white. And I can fit more. The rest is nicknacks and incense accoutrements. That lemon lime pothos is just a great color too
I’ve started stacking my books that I’ve bought this year on my bedside table.
I have to keep a homeostasis of reading versus buying this way. Buying too many and not reading enough —> stack topples on me while I’m sleeping. I unfortunately was victim to a pummeling this morning. My bookcase isn’t in my bedroom so this provides me an easy look at everything I’ve bought/my physical TBR.
