Ooh! I started using this and haven't had an dry skin flares especially at the back of my neck (scarves, coats, rubbing etc). For my eyelids, because I always get wind burns in winter, i use the bioderms cica pommade (i think it's discontinued).

I also have v dry, irritated skin and the way I have dealt with it is using a moisturiser that has a bit of hydrochloric acid in its formula, I use one from Garnier. it’s meant to be a night cream so it’s more heavy duty. I also use Vaseline in really dry spots and a rose water spray. Paula’s Choice have products that specialise in dry skin and it worked great for me. In terms of something more natural, the girlies say aloe vera oil is a great option, you can mix some into your moisturiser. But the one thing that did it for me was when I stopped using so many products. I don’t know what it was maybe I was mixing things wrong or overloading my skin but I only use an oil cleanser, a peptide serum and a moisturiser now. skin is doing a lot better. Good luck x

I wish everyone would cut the freaking crap and just get moisturizer with a pump attached to it. People have less money than ever (no evidence to support this) and yet are flushing it all down the drain spending the most ever on skincare (also no evidence to support this.) For $16.99 at Walgreens you can get this fabulous lightweight moisturizer that doesn’t clog pores and straight up lasts you an entire year. CeraVe has MVE Delivery Technology that ensures a controlled release and therefore all day hydration, along with hyaluronic acid to retain your skin’s natural moisture. I’ve tried a lot of expensive moisturizers and serums (Kiehl’s, La Mer, Olay lol)  and they basically do the same shit CeraVe does but cost 5-10x more. Martha Stewart was just on What What Happens Live and she was asked what secret “trashy” habits she has and the first one she offered up was “the only moisturizer I use is hospital grade and it comes in a blue and white bottle.” Um.. hello!? She’s talking about CeraVe!! A huge benefit of using an industrial size product with a nozzle is that you can use it all day without being stingy. I think a lot of us are neglecting our neck and decolletage and if you use expensive creams you’re rightfully hesitant because you can practically see how much money you’re wasting with each application. Use it on your face and bod.. your wallet will thank you!

Pyunkang Yul Moisture Cream Blast of relief, here. Like a little waterbed wrapped in flannel sheets for your face. Laboratories Embryolisse Lait Creme Sensitive Specifically formulated to "soothe, nourish and moisturize easily damaged skin which reacts to the tiniest trigger, and needs the most tender care." And it does! Tackier texture, but great under concealer (or mixed with it, for that matter). Instant relief. Eau Thermale Avène Tolerance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Balm I love how this one sits on the skin—light but nourishing. COSRX Balancium Comfort Ceramide Cream Mist I did not believe in mists, or at least believe they'd do anything at all to help my red dry skin, until this one. Now my mom and my sister own one and I carry it always in my purse.
