I know I do this to myself, but sometimes I think about it and my appetite goes away. My ability to sleep becomes null. This is a students' residence for a prestigious university in Bogotá. It's very ugly. It's incoherent with the rest of architecture in the city. These are two clowns in the middle of everywhere. The Twin Towers would laugh at this shit 😔. Share with me the ugly pieces of architecture you've seen if you'd like. I'm curious and masochist.

in nyc we have the eye of sauron brooklyn tower and especially in manhattan lots of ugly “luxury towers” like this one on fifth ave and also the slightly infamous 432 park ave

marxinista 1. Picture this: i'm a villain. A platypus is suddenly on the headquarters of my ugly building. A Platypus?! I yell to the top of my lungs. The platypus proceeds to put on a fedora. Perry the Platypus?! I exclaim. He knocks the wind out of me with a kick to my stomach. 2. The second one reminded me of the movie High Rise (2015), where a bunch of people are living in a high rise and everything goes to shit and everyone becomes insane. 3. The greed of men, their hunger for height and ugly buildings will destroy us all. The collective will riot.

Why is everything so ugly from n+1

I read this last year and think about it often!! Every new architectural project is just so fcking ugly not only is everything becoming gentrified but it doesn’t even look good
