idk why but finding a bunch of random little art scraps off of pinterest and pasting them onto a fresh candle has been insanely therapeutic to me. there’s so many possible vibes u could create with ur art and it looks sick in the dark when the flame illuminates everything. def a great craft for my fellow artistically challenged ppl
if youre someone who uses lighters this is a fun thing to do w an afternoon. i'm way less likely to lose/treat them as disposable cause they're a cute little thing i made, plus collaging is just fun to do. for whatever reason making a little composition is so satisfying. just mod mod podge as a seal and they last forever.
made a couple collages in 2024 and had a lotta fun. something about searching thru magazines for the right picture or word feels like a game, and then u get to create something out of it!! i got the urge to make one for the new year and vision board!! been awhile since i’ve had inspo for physical art, didnt realize collaging would be for me lol
