Surprisingly, a lot of Liam McCay projects. maybe it's because he's releasing 4 new albums this month... maybe it's the seasonal depression.

Tbh I’m coming out of a pretty depressing month, working a lot cuz im gonna be living alone for a bit—roomate who was the worst is finally leaving

The first three kind of feel like albums that you listen going through some sort of heartbreak, but they're all beautiful and have been part of the soundtrack of my life the past 20 years, but mainly, they have the ability to stop time, which is hard to do 😌

just started a new routine where i have to go make myself a tea/coffee before i'm allowed on my phone in the morning. it really makes sure i'm awake and will hopefully help me spend less time doomscrolling, cuz the morning is always the worst time of day for me

i've always found trust to be the biggest breaker of fear. sometimes it's trust that your support system will help you if the fear is too much. sometimes it's trust that you've been here before, and you've already made it out alive.
though i was previously a platform diver and throwing myself off a 10 meter platform multiple times a week made everything else feel a lot easier. i don't recommend that one haha!
