I used to dislike this song but I have recently become fascinated and enamored by it. The references to molly, shameless AAVE, the sexuality thats clearly supposed to be more controversial than truly “sexy” in the video, and desperation present in the lyrics are all so of its time. Yet it felt so modern when it came out that I never could’ve imagined the future being any different than at that moment because I was too young to properly conceptualize it
So hit or miss, but if they’re good, they’re the best chips you’ve ever had. If they got those little pockets of oil, the bubbles on them, a little salty, unreal.
I actually have a playlist full of my favorite songs. I grew up surrounded by older women who loved this music so naturally I am super drawn to it and have a playlist full of my favorites that I’m constantly adding to!

Guitar Hero but Beatles. Grew up playing this with my dad and brother & we still love to play it on special occasions. Visually an awesome game and I get to pretend like I’m Paul McCartney.
