For those who haven't read it, please do. The storytelling is an easy 10/10. Makes you want to leave home and start hugging trees (do not try this at night). Bottom line is, everything happens for a reason and you are that reason.

A man begins a drive to nowhere, alternating left and right turns, until he ends up at a dead end, facing the forest. Instead of returning home, he ventures into the forest, and encounters an aura of blinding light. It's a brief, sneaky book, it began quietly and then had an enormous impact on me. Have some Kleenex nearby 💙

The harrowing true story of survival in the Andes after a plane crash. Read this if you want to see the unmatched beauty of the human spirit. (Seriously… it will give you hope!)

Stuck overnight in the empty halls of John Lennon International airport, I read this a couple of times and drove myself effectively insane, having significant ramifications on the following months. Great story.

Hahaha....felt this way too lol. I've not reinstalled Insta for a month now and I'm getting used to it. Just get a good book and read. Take constant walks too. We really shouldn't let these things control our health fr. Hope I helped in one way or the other.🌸🤟🏼
