my personal favorites during the week are pasta bakes (quick and easy) , homemade chicken gravy with mashed potatoes or rice, and also one pan/pot skillet dinners and soups. taco soup and cheeseburger skillets are two of my go tos
Pesto pasta bowl (mushrooms + broccoli for some vitamins lol) with tons of lemon and a whole tiramisu pie. I'm usually better at feeding myself but today has been hectic (I've survived on snacks /cucumbers /carrots / biscuits etc.)
