Directed by Park Chan-wook. I had whiplash and my jaw was on the floor after this movie. Also visually stunning. Oldboy (2003) is also a trip if you want to feel really bad after.

i’m not sure exactly why, but this movie and the substance evoked very similar emotional responses in me. warning for a much messier/more fucked up plot and more violence. make sure you watch the japanese original one. the english remake is no good comparatively. works for the luffy_apeovi ask too
