Rapid fire of things I love for high protein, cheap and easy:
- Lentil sloppy joes. Essentially just put water seasoning and lentils into a pot.
- Spicy Chili Mac (white people supreme): tofu, kidney beans, tomato and pasta. Pretty low effort, sounds weird but I love it.
- Chickpea paprikash- simple and honestly fire: Chickpeas in a warm spicy tomato sauce with pasta (I sub the sour cream for greek yogurt)
-Fried rice with eggs and edamame
- Black bean quesadillas
-Black bean bowl (rice, black beans, salsa, corn, mango if you feel fancy)
-Blended tofu/beans into soups/pastas (sounds weird but it helps add protein/thicken it up)
- Canned tuna
