this is my go-to at the moment. the way the drums & guitar interact with each other creates something that sounds equal parts hypnotic & soothing, while Emily’s voice just has this really serene quality to it. it feels like wandering through a lush garden without a care in the world, just taking in all the beautiful sights & sounds of nature
it’s getting cold, and their music just feels like it is made for the winter. the soft, haunting vocals, lofi filter, and xylophone/bell sounds feel like a frigid nighttime walk. ambient music is a must for me around this time of the year.
