one of my colleagues who is physically unable to stop talking is never in the office, but of course, today of all days, the day i forgot to take my concerta, she's here. and she, of course, can't stop talking — LOUDLY. i have never been so distracted and annoyed in my life.

asking for bandaids
i loveeee going to the receptionist of an office building, to the bartender at a restaurant, the clerk at a clothing store, the assistant at the dentist, to ask them for a bandaid. i know they have them, and i want one. they always ask me what's wrong. sometimes they even ask me if i need help putting it on and i always say yes.
