I wake up every morning really excited for breakfast even if it’s just coffee and toast. people who don’t like breakfast freak me out

That breakfast looks good. Problem with me is I’m a night owl so I either sleep past breakfast time straight into lunch, or I’m waking up at the latest possible time for work and shovelling down a croissant (which is nice tbf) while I rush for the train

Big breakfast

It sets me off on the right path for the day When I finish eat breakfast and I’m full I notice I don’t get the nighttime munchies. I take it as an opportunity to get more protein for the day. Also I love this ritual of taking time in the morning to prepare myself a nice feast 🥰

I love waking up and not being in a rush so that I have time to toast bread !!! toast with butter and raspberry jam is just the best, love it !!!!!! and look at our cute little espresso cups

Intricate breakfasts

I love having my breakfasts like grazing boards... an over-easy egg, sliced avocado, fruit assortment, sausage, toast with hollandaise sauce, a yogurt with granola.. don't forget a delicious warm beverage Breakfast should be extended as long as possible
