I crack up every time I watch this sketch. It's from the Dana Carvey show ft. young Steven Colbert and Steve Carrell. No punches or shock value or trends, just a funny idea beautifully executed.
if you for some reason haven’t seen this iconic snl sketch go watch it NOW! it gives you that feeling of laughing so hard with your best friends that no one can get a word out 🫶
I've always gone in and out of workout routines. Spurred on by an unpleasant conversation with a doctor, I've been back on my boxing bullshit. Except this time around, I've been focusing on feeling and "exploration of my strength" more than the calories burned or how heavy the dumbbell was. And now, for the first time in my life, I can reliably touch my toes. I am 31 years old, and I can only just now do it without grimacing. STRETCH, people. It feels so good.
