the citrus season is in full swing and guys you gotta get it while you can!! due to poor growing conditions in the US lots of varietals are limited, and who knows how the next few years will impact imports and produce costs! so listen to me, a produce department employee, that you gotta get out there and get your vitamin c! highly recommend cara cara, heirloom navel, lou lou, and sumo oranges!

anyway, nostalgic for the time my mom used to order boxes of oranges and grapefruit from florida farms every winter. also, bergamot lemons...what in the...absurd flavor profile going on there that's giving funky. into funky fruits
