the citrus season is in full swing and guys you gotta get it while you can!! due to poor growing conditions in the US lots of varietals are limited, and who knows how the next few years will impact imports and produce costs! so listen to me, a produce department employee, that you gotta get out there and get your vitamin c! highly recommend cara cara, heirloom navel, lou lou, and sumo oranges!

cause it does.... convinced i got sick for the first time in ages this week because i ran out of oranges last week and didn't restock. it's fine. like getting your period, catching a cold is just a normal body process to filter through stuff...

make your presence be known! if you don’t want to be an inconvenience and think you can just wordlessly slip by someone as you pass them in the grocery aisle, I ask you to think again. I feel like recognizing you and stranger are occupying the same space is a very grounding experience.
