We got a foot of snow yesterday at my house in NOLA! Here is a pic of the skyline from across the river :) everyone was sledding down the levee! i love snow here because i don’t have to go to work or drive in it !!! It just means we get to play! we havent gotten this much snow since 1895!!!!! Can’t wait for more climate change snow days 🥴
got 35cm of snow last night and woke up to a text from my boss saying not to come in today :) genuinely haven't seen this much snow since i was a little kid, something incredibly romantic about it
living in the south, ive never really had a proper “snow day” or blizzard, and for the first time got to experience waking up to a world covered in white! ive been up north and experienced deep snow, but never quite such a consistent heavy snowfall like this was. whatever its a sign of, it was still a pleasant day.
