Probably my favourite Taika Waititi movie of all time.
I watched it for the first time in grade 9 English class and it quickly became one of my favourites.
Rewatched this over the weekend with my friends and it was still so good. ๐ญ It had been probably more than 7 years since I last watched it and the satisfaction or reremembering the plot was top tier. Originally saw this in the dollar theatre in HS and have been chasing the high of seeing this for the first time ever since.
I honestly canโt even put together a solid reasoning why but it just clicked with me on my first watch. 100% in my top 3 movies ever, heavily recommend watching
I've lived in small towns all my life and as I get closer to finally moving to a city Iโm realizing how much wildlife there is and how Iโm going to miss it.
I think both types of places have their perks but itโs a little sad to know I wonโt be seeing a deer on the way to work in a city.
