i buy 3 carrots a week (which ends up being $1.) and then i cut them up into carrot sticks and snack on those when i feel crazy 4 food. it usually fills me up really quickly and makes me feel healthy and fresh.. like a nice cold shower during the summer, but for my soul.
if you don’t like carrots, i also recommend trail mix, popcorn, frozen fruit (i love frozen strawberries and pineapples) or granola/protein bars.
and if u have a hard time with incorporating protein into ur diet everyday or have days where u don’t feel like eating, i recommend making your own smoothies w/ protein powder and chia seeds (i don’t like the texture of wet chia seeds so i add them in after and mix it in with my straw) smoothies are surprisingly filling while also just feeling like a fun drink.
