SO CRUNCHY. i like separating each part of the pea pod and eating every bit separately. other than that, smoothies with greek yogurt, mashed potatoes, making my own summer rolls, chocolate pb milkshakes always
i buy 3 carrots a week (which ends up being $1.) and then i cut them up into carrot sticks and snack on those when i feel crazy 4 food. it usually fills me up really quickly and makes me feel healthy and fresh.. like a nice cold shower during the summer, but for my soul. if you don’t like carrots, i also recommend trail mix, popcorn, frozen fruit (i love frozen strawberries and pineapples) or granola/protein bars. and if u have a hard time with incorporating protein into ur diet everyday or have days where u don’t feel like eating, i recommend making your own smoothies w/ protein powder and chia seeds (i don’t like the texture of wet chia seeds so i add them in after and mix it in with my straw) smoothies are surprisingly filling while also just feeling like a fun drink. ty for coming to my snack lecture

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen sweet dark cherries
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving protein powder or 2 tbsp peanut butter powder (depending on my mood/exercise level) top w granola or dark chocolate catalina crunch cereal and eat with a spoon 🥄
