so much emo discourse I HATE IT! if ur a 20 year old emo who thinks they’re an oldhead for listening to “real emo” (whatever that means) i hate you. rant over.
this is such a beautiful album from front to back. i highly recommend giving it a listen. if you must listen to only a few, i would recommend my favorites: swallowtale, aspire to be, and enfolded by plains. i genuinely cannot stop listening to this album i find myself frequently craving it.

I love this album so goddamn much. The lead singer has a voice that manages to convey so much emotion. Favourite track is probably “you stole my money honey“ or “since i told you it’s over”.
Whole album is a 2000s grungey classic tho

i wanna say 1-2 times a year, i go through everyone i follow in my socials and unfollow anyone who i dont gaf about. and it reveals a lot about how ive changed and grown as a person. i unfollowed a lot of people from high school and it made me feel like a bad person, but there was just no reason to follow them. don’t wish ill will to anyone, just don’t gaf
and i also changed my phone aesthetic and i enjoy looking at something new :)

a couple of my friends shared some photos from their childhood and high schools days and i started sobbing…like really hard. this was all over text thankfully
what got me was being able to see their facial features in their childhood photos and now every time i look at them i think of them as a little baby and i think about how much i want to hold them and. ugh. i might cry again

though i am a student so i also carry a backpack with me, which other than my laptop, hard drive, journals, and writing utensils, is mostly trash.
i appreciate a pair of pants with deep pockets
