I am kinda famous amongst my friends and family for making these. I swear they taste like sour candy, they are sooo good. To make them extra delicious, the secret ingredient (and this goes for all potatoes) is love and patience!! Good things take time. <3

I have made these about twenty times. They are so good. The better the chicken stock, the better the potatoes. Warning: you will be scrubbing the hell out of your sheet pan but it's worth it.

Patato Latkes are iconic. A Hanukkah delicacy. Theyre really hard to make and can often be a disaster, but I recommend them passionately. My mom makes them really well. Eat them with sour cream and applesauce. HOT!

When something tastes good and is good for you it almost feels like a set up of sorts, like you're on an early 2000s episode of Punk’d. Sweet potatoes deserve more love. A simple recipe I make frequently Roasted sweet potato squares - Preheat your oven at 425-430 degrees Fahrenheit - Chop your washed sweet potatoes into bite-size squares - Add potatoes to a bowl then drizzle extra-virgin olive oil and toss to coat each square - Season to your liking I usually use sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika and toss to coat -On a baking sheet lay out potatoes evenly and place in the oven Let those roast for 20-25min (I do 27 for extra toasted) shaking around every tenish minutes I usually make this as a side to all meals. You can use them as salad croutons if you chop smaller squares and roast for a minute or two longer
