photo thoughts
The app is a little slow but that’s part of the charm for me. I also like that you can only attach one photo to a post, it feels more intentional. Only thing I’m missing re:photos is an option to pinch and zoom, and also it would be fun to be able to attach a photo to comments!

I like to take pictures. They don’t have to be particularly good or special, but they’re my pictures. I like to to capture everyday life and anything that catches my eye. I like this app, it’s like my own personal blog. Reminds me of the early internet almost. so simple and lovely.

printing out photos
it feels so good to flip through a stack of photos and point at them rather than swipe through looking for a good one part of it i think is that if you’re printing photos you’re forced to do the curation on the front end of the process. doesn’t matter how you print them. i got a little instax printer bc im a former tumblr girl but i also have a membership with mootsh that gives you a little monthly set of prints plus a contact sheet that help me stay on top of capturin and curating memories through the year.
