basement desk, but i’ve tried to jazz it up as much as i can. 80s garfield plushes on the floor, halloween posters on the wall, in-progress pop tab chainmail in the corner, double stereos, it’s definitely... a place to do things…
I’ve moved since my last desk post, this one’s in a considerably smaller bedroom but fits neatly into the corner. External monitor isn’t always in use, so it’s nice to have it off the desk and able to sit on the floor when off (don’t look at the floor too much I know it’s messy). Lil mobile above my head while I work, Sun Ra is still taped to the wall.
I’m thinking about putting some shelves on the wall(s) to add storage and minimize clutter.
going to the bar. making conversation with people you barely know. asking someone “can i ask you a personal question?”. make bits with strangers. the love is out there if you look for it
