i’m feeling uninspired by any shows, movies, games, etc. in a slightly depressed mood. in need of a pep talk/suggestions on how to make the most out of the rest of my night!!
everything shower, then a comforting old tv show while you paint your nails/indulge in a sheet mask/drink a fat glass of water and/or wine. just spent my friday doing this. it will not fix everything but you will feel better about yourself!!
I’m gonna watch No Reservations while i look thru old sketchbooks & cut out doodles i like so i can glue them in a new sketchbook along with other random stuff i find around the house like moss or candlewax or watercolor paint then maybe write about my feelings :) hopefully that sounds inspiring
now is the time to do a recipe that's pretty complex and takes some time. if you follow it once you'll have the confidence and experience to do it another time. plus you get to eat the yummy food when you're done, practiced some kitchen skills, and took care of yourself :)
Make your weekend feel longer by doing something on a Friday after work. This can be anything from a dinner with a friend, a movie by yourself or just a mooch about the shops. Get out for 2-3 hours after work to extend your weekend rather than rot away the night on the couch after a long week.
laying in bed watching your favorite stupid sitcom, a face mask on, sipping on your beveragino of choice.
