its so beautiful. this is my first time seeing legitimate snow in my life. i've lived on the southern coast my entire life and have only experienced little sheets of ice that we desperately labeled as snow. i envy people who are able to experience this every winter; it certainly is magical.

if you ever think youre losing your enthusiasm for life just move around. go to the gym, go for a walk, do some stretches in your home. find the intricacies in these things too; your love for yourself, others, the world will grow & right now thats exactly what we need as people.

one of my favorite feelings. might've just done it. youll never know! i think people do not cry enough. i dont know why because it feels so good. we feel so much better after we cry because our bodies are made to do that! embrace the emotions because thats what makes us human!!!
