This spring/summer is for lightweight pants that bloom as delicately as the flowers in the park (Edwardian fashion overall has been on my moodboard for warmer weather this season). Cinched at the knee with a flounce and decorated with a thin stain bow, this is the summer for levity and bloomers are the garment that embody cheeky, practical and physical lightness!
