I love browsing Flickr for everything, but I especially love looking at familiar places. It reminds me that things have been before me and will be after I'm gone.

Go to search filter and adjust the date taken to 1995 - 2015
Type in any 5 digit number or any year-less date (like August 14 or whatever) and look at all of the pics.
I get a little emotional scrolling on there because it’s so sweet and tender to look at what everyone thought was worth memorialising and it has definitely inspired me to take pics of things I absolutely would never have considered before.

My dad always tells me to take a lot of photos of things that may seem mundane to me today -> i.e the streets I walk on often, or the front of the coffee shops I always go to.
Simply because it’ll be nice to look back on, and the film is cheap (bc it’s an iPhone).
