I’m a warm season gal - give me the humidity and instant tan. But, instead of living in anticipation, I’ve accepted that winter must occur for the warm season living to happen. My favorite part now is how the tree branches hold the snow - some like powdered sugar, some bogged down from the weight.
It’s been slushy all day. Friday was nearly 80 degrees. Today it’s barely 30. I love the last breath of winter blowing through my town. I love the hum of the run down vehicle I sit in and dread the part where we drive on the slippery highway. I do wish spring would pop its head fully around the corner. We’ve been waiting long enough. It’s okay though. I like the weather. I think learning about how weather happens is a good idea. I’ve been more excited about watching it roll through now that I know the reasons why.
as the northern hemisphere ascends into summer i can’t help but see people online talking about it and wishing i was experiencing it at the same time but NO! i must reject america centric summer trends! winter here i come!!!!!!!!!!
