I feel cannot express adequately the joy, the nostalgic ambiance, the luxury I felt upon going to the cheesecake factory with my friends.
The interior design is, dare I say, whimsical.
The service is downright inviting.
The food isnât integral to the experience.
Opulence at its absolute finest.

The Cheesecake Factory is amazing because you can get pretty much anything you can think of. They have fried mac and cheese but also sweet and sour chicken but also fish tacos. If you can think of it you can order it (have you ever tried their tasting platter of different kinds of egg rolls?). If you're more health conscious they have a skinnylicious menu that's not embarrassing at all to order from. The best part is ordering a side of ranch to dip one of the two giant baguettes they give free to every table. I LOVE THE BROWN BREAD!

my bf took me to cheesecake factory for the first time. his grandmother ended up paying for our meal as a gift (ty girl).
the food was terrible and when i went to go pee there was sh*t smeared on the toilet. but i loved the vibe and we cackled the entire time, i would go again.
afterwards we went dancing at a gay bar and i talked to the dj. i told her i was trying to learn and she says whenever i was ready they would have me on. everyone was so nice. 10/10

if you spend time in local garden centers/nurseries, youâre liable to encounter greenhouse cats!
they serve a similar purpose as barn cats, catching rodents and pests that can harm the plants, but mostly they just bask in the sunny warmth of the greenhouse.
this is morris, the cat at my greenhouse. (-: heâs old as bones but is the sweetest boy. when iâm lucky, he accompanies me as i care for the plants.

this is my shell collection. my mom use to collected them too. she filled our home with sea glass and clam shellsâ something i regretfully regarded as tacky when i was teenager. i spent my childhood by the ocean but we moved to a landlocked state when i was 10. i thought her collections were born of an inability to let go of the past, something i now understand as a means to preserve the connection to itâ a gentle reminder.
four years ago she started forgetting things. small things at first, the name of my highschool best friend or where sheâd left her keys. eventually, she began to forget my tattoos and how to read. her world is full of gentle reminders nowâ we do everything we can to help her not forget. the collections help, serving as tangible memory links. i think my own collection was born out of this. iâll surround her with iridescent mementos if i have to; i want her to remember.
collections arenât frivolous. sometimes, their meanings are revealed to you as they grow.
